Refund policy

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to eligibility criteria.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
• The product must be in its original packaging
• All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
• A proper parcel opening 360 degree video must be recorded without cuts

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged
• The product received is incorrect
• The product is defective

If the product does not meet the eligibility conditions, return and refund requests may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Cases

• Products purchased during limited-time sales or special promotional offers
• Minor colour or design variations due to photography and screen differences
• Requests made after the return window

If a purchase is not eligible under the return policy, no refund will be processed.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected at the warehouse:

• Refund will be initiated after verification
• Initial shipping charges are non-refundable
• Refund will be processed as per applicable RBI guidelines
• It may take 7 to 14 business days for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account

Refund timelines depend on the customer’s payment method and banking system.
